Punk not dead http://femjoy.in.net/ www.femjoy.com Regarding Sacramento, it is indeed an inland city but the Sacramento River is 10-12 ft above sea level and the river bank about 15-18 ft in front of downtown.  So with a rise of sea level as predicted in the study, the state legislators will be getting their feet wet every day (the capitol building is about 20 ft above sea level now).
