Description & Specifications

This reactor range has been well-known for a while and includes three types of reactor designs AE, BE, CE ranking from 63 litres to 40,000 litres. Design data, general dimensions of the vessels and nozzle layout are standardized.

They can be provided with jacket or half-coil and a wide selection of agitation solutions.

As an option, De Dietrich is able to offer pre-insulated reactors for time and trouble saving on site.

Moreover, to match your requirements, De Dietrich has extended the product range with capacities from 6.3 litres up to 110 m3, and specific pressure and temperature ratings.

AE

This series cover clamped-top glass-lined steel reactors. Our standard AE reactors are designed for a working pressure of 6 bars/vacuum in inner vessel and in the jacket.

For a complete vessel, our standard scope of supply is as follows :

Inner vessel with bottom outlet nozzles,
Steel jacket welded onto inner vessel and comprising the nozzles necessary for heating and cooling. The cooling and heating media inlets are provided with agitating nozzles,
Main cover with nozzles,
Support system.

BE

The BE reactors are constructed in accordance with DIN 28136, from BE, characterized by a simplification of the vessel with removable blades Advantages of the BE reactors:

Opening for agitation limited, therefore more security by reducing joints and cramps.
Simplified manufacturing, therefore more competitive and the vessel is more robust.
Simpler geometry facilitating the access to openings reserved for the processes and, for the same useful volume, decreasing the height of the vessel compared to the CE reactor.

CE

One-piece reactors, constructed in accordance with DIN 28136. On request, the following alternates can be supplied:

Execution for low temperatures.
With exterior half coil in welded half-pipes, instead of the jacket, permitting the use of heating fluids at high pressures. Also double half coil for heating and cooling by separate circuit.
