The Company is founded by Dr. Ravi Dhamjewar, a doctorate in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from India’s premier research institute, National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Poona, Maharashtra in the year 1991. Later he pursued post-Doctoral experience at University of Texas at South Western Medical Center, Dallas, USA.

His industrial experience covers more than 22 years and begins from serving the country’s known Pharmaceutical and CRO/CMO companies, viz., Wokhardt Ltd., Dabur Research Foundation, Sai Life Sciences, Matrix Labs (now known as Mylan Laboratories) and Richmond Chemical Corporation, Chicago, USA based custom synthesis and manufacturing company, where he made significant contributions in process development chemistry and successfully accomplished the technology transfers for highly critical and sensitive pharmaceutical intermediates required for multinational companies for their drug discovery programs. He has proven track record in synthetic organic chemistry that includes the development of non-infringing chemical process technologies, cost-effective and eco-friendly process for many critical and synthetically challenging molecules in the area of APIs’ and drug discovery products.

Ravi’s profound industrial experience in the organic process chemistry coupled with his continued passion to serve the drug industry led to the creation of Filix Organics Pvt. Ltd.
