The company was established by Mr Manoj Kumar, first generation enterprenuer having adamic qualification as B.Com (Hons.) and PGDBM  in the year 1993 for manufacture of sodium Hypochlorite for first time in West Bengal. Since then the company had increased its products portfolio and now manufacturing more then 10 ( ten) industrial chemical products keeping the quality best in the Industry.

The company has production facility at Katakhal, P.O. Ganganagar, Kolkata - 700132 near Kolkata Airport with state of art technology and producing the quality product as per buyers requirement.

The company had also set-up another manufacturing facility at Vizainagaram in Andhra Pradesh.

The company supplies its products to well established reputed industrial house such as ADITYA BIRLA GROUP, RAMKY GROUP, E.I.D.PARRY GROUP, TATA GROUP, MCC PTA, EMAMI GROUP, SAIL-DSP, SAIL-IISCO on regular basis.
