The company was started to manufacture pharmaceutical products with cGMP appropriate to US FDA, European etc. The company has acquired lands in Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma city, Vizag and Atchutapuram (APIIC) Ranasthalam. As the Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma city, Vizag is already in operation, Phalanx constructed its first unit in pharma city. The facility was created on Quality by Design (QbD) for the manufacture of APIs for regulatory standards.

The company has hired good expertise in the field of Design, project, engineering, manufacturing, process R&D, administration, materials, QA and QC who are worked in regulatory units and exposed to the several audits as USFDA, Europe and Mexican.

This facility is created to manufacture API and intermediates, that complies with the regulatory requirements of various prominent international regulatory bodies, including Europe and U.S. The manufacturing facility is designed, equipped and operated to deliver high quality products within the delivery schedules. This facility has flexibility to operate various complex chemical process and wide range of batch sizes. It is supported by appropriately equipped quality control laboratory including Microbiology lab. The facility has the 100% power back-up through DG sets to the government power supply.
